MyFACTS is where TCS payers can view their balance information once an
account is established with FACTS.  To set up the MyFACTS connection you
will need an Agreement number, TCS Identification number, and Access Code.
All of which will be provided in a confirmation letter - once you have submitted
an Agreement using e-Cashier.
