35% U.S.A. = Adults that are Bible Believing Christians but . . . by the time this generation of
teens are Adults that drops to 4%, at the current rate of Evangelism today.
It's not just up to the Youth Pastors . . .
what will Parents, family members, neighbors going to do to raise that 4% to 35% or more??
85% of Believers come to Christ before High School graduation, the clock is ticking . . .
graduation is this May for hundreds of students in Sarasota/Bradenton.
What are you going to do to turn the tide & change 4% to 40% for this generation?

To initiate, facilitate and sustain young people (ages 13-30) from Sarasota and Manatee
counties for developing their own personal spiritual level of maturity by:
ENLIGHTENING. . .
To explain what separates God from Man. To explain how to hear God's call
on their life now. To explain why we need them for a lost world. To explain
when they are ready to launch out with the consuming fire of God.
MOTIVATING. . .
Our responsibility is to give them a clear role and allow that role to
become a positive function in their lives.
PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES. . .
Taking their God given talent, their gifts and putting those
in the various active ministries.
PREPARING THEM FOR LIFE. . .
To get the fire from their heart to their lips and from "telling" to "doing"
based on their gifting and talents.

¤ Integrity (honesty both internally and externally)
¤ Aggressive cutting edge of innovation in all departments
¤ Strategic planning in all departments.
Clear cut steps - Complete, concise directions - All follow, without exception.
¤ Leadership over management
Leaders must go somewhere with specific directions, otherwise the ministry
team becomes impulsive instead of explosive!
Impulsive - Christian "cliques" with superior attitudes which end up devouring one another.
Explosive - focus on outward, evangelism is the heart. Become accepting, loving atmosphere,
where we are involved in larger issues than gossip. Developing more the sense of gifting and
destinies in us to develop us to our fullest functioning in His kingdom!
